I was just with a customer the other day who designed a 2,900 sq. ft. home for her family. This home features a large open area towards the rear of the home as well as a nice large kitchen. The price of their home is in the $375,000 range, yet the kitchen looks like those we have done for customers in the $750,000 range. To some people having a kitchen which is “too nice for the price point” may seem like a red flag. However for this family it is just right. You see this family likes to cook a lot, and with two growing boys in the kitchen to help cook; there is an ever growing need for more space.
